Implant-Supported Dentures

An implant-supported denture, also called a snap-on-denture, is a type of denture that is supported by and attached to implants. An implant-supported denture may be recommended if you have adequate jawbone to support implants and are missing all your teeth. Special attachments on the denture are designed to attach to the implants. Implant-supported dentures are more comfortable to speak and eat with than traditional dentures because they are stable and won’t slide out of your mouth.
